I have struggled with trying to find peace and comfort for a very long time. I have been subjected to self-hatred and self-pity most of the time. It is a tiring process to transition into being an optimist. While I am on this journey myself, I thought it would be great to share some small things that I have been practicing daily.
Obviously preaching is always easier than practicing. I have given up more than once but, I think the more I start over again the better I get. I hope it gets easier this time as I am starting over. I hope this helps someone else too. Here are the 5 steps I use to practice gratitude everyday.
